About me
I’m the Director of Communication and Connections at Think Productive, based in Frome, Somerset, and a first-time mum navigating that alongside everything else. Outside of work, I volunteer with Frome Birth Talk, a local charity providing free and low-cost counselling and support groups for pregnant people, new parents, and anyone who’s experienced baby loss, work that’s taught me as much about genuine care and community as anything I’ve done professionally.
I know what it feels like to be stretched thin and still want to show up well. That’s why I’m drawn to work that helps people protect their time, their energy and their sense of self. Productivity, for me, isn’t about efficiency. It’s about creating the conditions where people can do good work and stay well.
What I help with
As part of the Directors team at Think Productive, I lead our communications and community strategy, bringing our brand to life through storytelling, campaigns and connection. I work across our global team to make sure everything we say, and how we say it, reflects our values: simple, human and impactful. Whether it’s crafting content, supporting our licensees, or building relationships with clients and partners, I help make sure people feel the heart behind what we do.

What it’s like to work with me
I’m calm under pressure, and my approach is simple: I’ll fix it. I care about making the logistics invisible so everyone else can focus on the work that matters, and I never miss a chance to celebrate someone else’s win.
