Did you know stress and mental illness are amongst some of the most common reasons for sickness absence? Not only this, but presenteeism is a leading cause of under productivity in the workplace.

This half day course will introduce you to basics of mental illness and will give you confidence in how to approach and realistically support someone at work who may not be ok (including yourself!).

  • This workshop is suitable for anybody looking to gain a basic understanding in mental health awareness, in order to better support and understand themselves and their colleagues.
