About me
After 20 years in education, including teaching English Language and Literature and working as a school leader, I saw first hand how much culture and wellbeing shape people’s ability to thrive. That experience has stayed with me and is what drew me into learning and development. It felt like a natural move to take everything I valued about education and apply it in a different context, with the opportunity to have an even broader impact. I now get to combine my love of learning with my creativity and facilitation, which is exactly what I was looking for.
My “why” is rooted in my family. As a wife and a mum to two sons, having a way of working that feels sustainable and meaningful really matters to me. Being part of a culture built on trust, flexibility and a four day working week has changed how I see work entirely. For the first time in my adult life, I can genuinely say I have a sense of balance, and that shapes how I think about helping others build ways of working that support both performance and wellbeing.

What I help with
- I listen to clients needs and challenges within their organisation, and support them in finding the best solution from our catelogue of workshops, programmes and consultancy.
- I deliver our Microsoft for Productivity Ninjas workshops, helping teams do more with the tools already at their disposal.
What it’s like to work with me
Working with me feels practical, engaging and genuinely human. Even when we’re exploring Microsoft tools, I keep it rooted in people first, focusing on the thinking and habits that sit behind the tech, so it makes sense and sticks. I’ll challenge your thinking, give you tools you can use straight away, and create a space where people feel comfortable trying new ways of working.
