I’m Think Productive’s Client Services Manager and a learning and development professional based in the Philippines, with over two decades of experience across training, operations, client services and people development. I’ve worked with organisations including Think Productive and Firstsource, building a career around helping people and teams work more effectively.
With an early background in radio and entertainment, I bring a mix of professional expertise and a naturally engaging, people-focused communication style to my work. I’m particularly interested in workplace culture, learning, and the human side of how organisations and their people thrive.

Working with our clients and trainers to support them with everything they need for our workshops to run smoothly, relationship building, and in-house tech support for Teams and Zoom sessions.
