About me
I spent much of my life trying to copy how others were productive, but so little of it worked and I’d beat myself up about it. Over time, I learned how to lean into my own way of doing things and discovered how I work at my best, in ways that aren’t typical. Most of all, I learned to be kind to myself and experiment without attachment until I found things that worked. Now, I get so much joy in helping others, through kindness and experimentation, find their own unconventional, inner productivity ninja.
Primarily, I’m a leadership executive coach, specialising in leaders who think differently. The topics I’m most interested in are unconventional productivity, neuro-curiosity, and the management of neurodiverse teams, helping them discover their best selves.

What I help with
Unconventional productivity, neuro-curiosity, ADHD and neurodiversity coaching, leadership coaching for people who think differently, and helping neurodiverse teams discover how they work best.
