About me
I was originally a client of Think Productive. The first workshop I attended was Getting Your Inbox to Zero, and it changed my life, I felt less stressed and able to make better decisions. I then went on to learn a great deal more about productivity and wellbeing. This stuff doesn’t come naturally to me, but Think Productive gave me a usable framework.
I’ve trained thousands of people since joining Think Productive as part of the team in 2014, and I have over 100 client reviews on my LinkedIn profile. My approach is focused on meeting people where they are, and helping them develop action plans and approaches that will actually work for them.
As a charity CEO, I managed both a paid team and a large number of volunteers, some highly experienced experts in their field, others completely new to the world of work, and often people who would simply stop showing up if the relationship wasn’t working for them. That experience shapes how I lead and train today.

What it’s like to work with me
I love delivering training, and although I have delivered most of our sessions many, many times, they are all different, as delegates bring different questions, ideas and experiences. That’s what keeps it fresh, being able to adapt based on the clients’ experiences and organisational culture.
