About me
My first career was over 15 years in sales and marketing and large account client management, across a couple of different industry sectors, first in recruitment, then in training. While selling and managing training services for a wide range of organisations, I became particularly drawn to what was happening in the training rooms, so a mid-career speciality beckoned.
In my mid to late thirties, I returned to education and, over five years of in-service training, qualified as an adult education teacher and trainer, initially working in the Further Education sector, then moving back into the commercial training sector as a training designer and deliverer.
I have now worked in learning and development for over 20 years, and for 15 of those have been providing training, coaching and consultancy in productivity and wellbeing. I have supported hundreds of clients and thousands of session participants to help them get their best work done, while looking after themselves and each other. As a neurodivergent professional, I have a particular interest in inclusive learning design and delivery.

What I help with
Personal and team productivity, hybrid and remote working, wellbeing and work-life balance, neurodiversity in the workplace and inclusive learning

What it’s like to work with me
The best learning is engaging, interactive, inclusive and fun, even when the topics at hand are serious. As a qualified adult education teacher, I work hard to create a learning environment and facilitation style where people can participate in the way that best suits them. I’m passionate about sessions that make a real difference for both participants and commissioners.
