About me
For as long as I can remember, I have been passionate about productivity. After my degree in Psychology and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE), I spent twelve years as a teacher, where I discovered my love for helping people transform the way they work and learn.
As a Senior Management Team member, I empowered teams through coaching and training, and as a Performance Manager, I guided staff and students towards achieving their targets and goals. My outreach consultancy work took me across primary schools in Brighton and Hove, where I delivered training and shared my expertise in Special Educational Needs with families and school teams.
After taking a career break to focus on motherhood, I retrained in coaching and earned an accredited Diploma in Performance Coaching. In 2020, I made the decision to specialise in time management and productivity, combining my background in psychology, education and coaching to help people work smarter, not harder. In 2023, I joined the Think Productive team, where I deliver workshops and keynotes to teams and organisations across the UK.
