My background is managing teams in the world of finance. Although I have a relaxed and informal approach, I also have a clear focus on delivering measurable outcomes. As an accomplished facilitator, I regularly deliver workshops and have worked with a range of blue-chip clients to design and deliver training programmes. Recent programmes include sales skills, culture change, customer service, team working, and project management.
I strongly believe that the key to making a step change in performance is for people to be fully engaged, hearts and minds.
