About me
Having worked in leadership for 10 years, I became interested in how we could create workplaces where organisations put their people at the heart of what they do. What would it take to empower leaders to create workplaces where people got to do their best work, and then simply go home? For the past 14 years, I’ve researched and helped organisations look at the benefits of creating happier workplaces, including creating three Happy Workplaces conferences in Ireland focused on exactly that.
I believe that if we can “make life better” at work by creating more purposeful, autonomous workplaces where people are supported to do their best work in a supportive environment, then this impacts our relationships with our family, friends, community and even wider society. Everyone gains from people feeling good about the work they do.
Outside of work, my favourite activities are trekking in Europe and frisbee, both mindful experiences for me. I’ve walked across Spain twice and now spend my summers walking with friends through Italy, always bringing a frisbee along for the journey. I also coach an inclusive rugby team for children with additional needs, including autism and Down syndrome, which is the most rewarding part of my week.

What it’s like to work with me
It’s all about “making life better.” All the workshops I deliver, and the activities I do inside and outside of work, come from that premise: how can we make life better? A session with me is human, personable, grounded and, most of all, fun. I look forward to working with you.
