The challenge

Rebel Kitchen exists to redefine health through food, business and beyond, healthy practices all the way down the supply chain, starting with their own team.

Ambition like that has a cost. When everyone moves fast and wears several hats, the work never stops arriving. It stacks up in inboxes, meetings and heads.

Co-founder Tamara Arbib put it simply: “I am a mum of four and the co-founder of an ambitious organisation. Before attending the workshop, there was total chaos in my head.”

What we did

Rebel Kitchen brought us in to deliver our flagship full-day workshop, How to be a Productivity Ninja®, for the whole team.

In six hours, the team learned and practised the four elements of the CORD Productivity Model, starting with a habit anyone can begin today: capture everything competing for your attention somewhere you trust, so your brain can stop holding it all. The whole team learned it together, so everyone left speaking the same productivity language.

What people told us

99% of participants said the workshop would make a positive difference to their productivity, and 89% rated it “Very Good” or “Excellent.”

Six months on, it had stuck.

“The session has truly fine-tuned how I interact with all the tasks in my life,” Tamara told us. Her team felt it too:

“It is so good to not feel guilty about leaving on time and taking breaks!”

“Everyone uses the same tool, so there’s a base level of productivity throughout the team. We all speak the same productivity language.”

“I am able to use emails when needed rather than getting distracted by them.”

And would Tamara recommend Think Productive?

“Working with Think Productive has been very smooth. ‘How to be a Productivity Ninja’ gives you an overview of all the different Productivity Ninja skills. Absolutely go for it!”

What this means for you

Rebel Kitchen’s story shows what happens when an ambitious, fast-moving team gets a shared system, not just individual tips, but one language everyone uses together. The chaos didn’t disappear because people tried harder. It eased because the whole team learned the same approach on the same day.

If your team moves fast and wears too many hats, that’s not a reason to wait for a quieter moment to invest in this. It’s exactly the problem this workshop is built to solve.
