Late afternoon

What’s your trick for when you’re tired or struggling with attention in the day?

Putting my phone on flight mode (practicing Ninja Stealth & Camouflage here)  and brewing a strong coffee.

What’s your best advice for reducing stress?

Go outside!

What’s your email regime?

I only check my emails outside of meetings, never during meetings and I try and deal with each email once, maximum twice.

What’s your favorite way to take a break in the middle of the day?

Sit down and have a decent lunch.
