How our programmes work

We find that cohorts usually work best with 12–20 participants: large enough for peer support, small enough for meaningful conversation. Larger organisations often run multiple cohorts in parallel.

A group of 20 managers develop their confidence, focus and connection through a blend of live masterclasses, small-group coaching clinics and self-led challenges.

3 months on – Impact Session: Reconnect as a group, share progress, refresh key tools and reinforce lasting behaviour change
