Who is this programme for?
This Leadership & Management Programme is specifically designed for Aspiring, Supervisory, First-Line Managers or Team Leaders, focusing exclusively on the development of core operational skills and the key mindsets needed for human-centred, empowering Leadership.
[We see this as equivalent to CMI Levels 2 & 3]

Masterclass Topics

• The Manager Role – Understanding your personal style as a Manager
• Workload & Prioritisation Management (double module) – Avoid Distraction, Get Your Best Work Done and Make Space for What Matters for you and your team
• Delegate like a Productivity Ninja – Empower your team, reclaim your time
• We Need to Talk – Replacing fear with clarity when giving feedback
• The Manager’s Guide to Fixing Meetings –Making meetings rare, fun and productive again.

You’ll also meet weekly, in between Masterclasses in small groups, to maximise the impact of the programme. During these group coaching sessions, you will:

• Reflect on your implementation following the previous Masterclass.
• Troubleshoot any personal or cultural challenges.
• Keep each other accountable.
• Share good practice.
• Celebrate progress.
• Action plan.

Dates & Times (UK)

The programme starts on the 19th of September 2024 with our kick-off briefing and The Manager Role masterclass and finishes on the 12th December 2024. You’ll meet with your cohort every Thursday morning (UK time), except for W/C 28th of October where we break for half term.
