High-Functioning Fear: Think Productive Webinar

How much is fear running the show in your team, organisation or business?

If you’ve been in one of our productivity workshops before we may have introduced you to the lizard brain – responsible for much of our procrastination, reluctance to delegate and email rage (like road rage, but with email).

It’s easy to spot fear when it looks like panic, rage or perpetual procrastination.

But it can be much more subtle than that. It can look like strategic silence or quiet quitting. It can look like defensiveness and control-freakery, and it can equally look like perfectionism and flattery.

From the outside, high-functioning fear can look productive, strategic and even high-performing. But from the inside, it can deteriorate our productivity, resilience, innovation and growth – not to mention our trust and psychological safety as a team.

Join Productivity Ninja Grace, author of Struggle, in this webinar to explore high-functioning fear in its various guises, learn how to spot it in yourself – and your team – and what to do about it.
