I set up Think Productive in 2009 because it didn’t exist when I’d needed it a few years earlier. I went from disorganised flake to Productivity Ninja. What still gives me a buzz all these years later is Think Productive passing that on to other people.

I’m committed to equipping our clients and Ninjas with the logistics they need to deliver great workshops that help them do their best work! I also love bringing a smile to people’s faces, whether it’s by helping where I can or just sharing a laugh.

Think Productive lucked out making me the MD! I'm obsessed with “making space for what matters”. This means I spend my Fridays pottering around in my PJs so that the whole team knows it's ok to chill too. Rest and recovery are a Productivity Ninja's fuel!

I am driven by the belief that everyone is entitled to quality learning experiences that are bespoke, engaging and impactful. I believe the most powerful word to support learning is “yet” (ask me why).

A simple dude who wants to create awesome stuff! That pretty much sums it up. Whether it's solving a complex design problem, or just fixing your slide deck, I aim for simple intuitive solutions in order to color the world around me.

I'm passionate about championing a fair, inclusive, and trusting team environment at TP. In my day to day, you'll find me collaborating with our global team, or heads down in project work. No two days are the same!

Our work and wellbeing are inextricably interlinked – each affects the other. How can we get our best stuff done, while also looking after ourselves, and each other? That’s what I’m passionate about.

Naturally disorganised, and some say “refreshingly human!” For me productivity isn’t just about efficiency or even effectiveness. It’s about the whole work life experience.

In my previous job where I felt overloaded and stressed, all this Productivity Ninja stuff really helped me. So I'm on a mission to spread productivity and wellbeing. It really can help you and those around you!

I have always been fairly well organized so the “Think Productive Way” is close to my heart.

I help leaders create organisations that light people up. Following the lead from Ricardo Semler's "Maverick" and Henry Stewarts' "The Happy Manifesto", I have spent the past 10 yrs helping organizations create happier workplaces.

I started learning about Productivity because I was trying to balance too much and floundering. Now, I’m able to run two businesses - whilst still getting time to help others which is my true passion.

My coaching style is realistic, relevant and sustainable for busy, career committed individuals and teams. Underpinned by the attitude of “I have been there and done it’ point of view, rather than a theoretical, idealistic standpoint.

I work with people in a practical way, but which is curious and respectful of their internal experience. I’m a firm believer that effective communication shouldn’t come at the expense of our sense of authenticity and self.

I believe that Emotional Intelligence is more than just a “nice-to-have” soft skill. It’s the key to transformative leadership, collaboration, communication, and innovation. There’s nothing “soft” about that!

I don’t believe there is ’a way’ but I do believe given the space, time, tools and support we can all find our own way to productivity which leaves room for the best of life.

Did you make the mistake of thinking humans are rational and logical? Me too! When I discovered emotions run everything, suddenly everything made sense. I love helping leaders use this knowledge to run amazing, motivated, high-performing workplaces.

I have a passion for productivity and helping people improve the way they work and learn. My mission is to empower you to work more effectively, happily and productively, enabling you have more time and energy for the things that matter.

I'm fascinated by human nature and habits. Using Gretchen Rubin's Four Tendencies I love to see how people can make massive changes in all aspects of their life. I believe in working smarter not harder and that productivity is key to unlocking happiness.
