    Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of sessions can you facilitate?
Almost anything that benefits from structured, neutral guidance. Common examples include strategy days, annual planning, team resets, culture discussions, project kick offs, conflict navigation, vision workshops and cross functional alignment sessions.
How is bespoke facilitation different from your standard workshops?
Our workshops teach specific tools and habits. Bespoke facilitation focuses entirely on your challenge or goal. We design and run the session around your context, giving you space to think, align and make decisions without the process taking over.
Do you help design the agenda, or do we need to come with one?
We can do both. Some clients come with a clear structure. Others need help shaping the purpose, flow and activities. We’ll work with you to design a session that feels focused, balanced and productive.
Is this suitable for teams experiencing tension or conflict?
Yes. A neutral facilitator creates psychological safety and helps keep conversations constructive and future focused. We don’t mediate disputes, but we do help teams understand each other and build practical agreements.
