    Frequently Asked Questions

Is this workshop suitable for managers who are new to coaching?
Yes. Many participants join with little or no coaching experience. The workshop introduces simple, practical techniques that feel natural in everyday conversations, not formal or scripted.
Is this the same as performance coaching or formal coaching qualifications?
No. This is not a certification and it’s not a formal coaching programme. It focuses on everyday coaching behaviours that help managers empower people, reduce dependency and improve problem solving in their teams.
Is this workshop suitable for senior leaders?
Yes. Leaders often need to shift from directing to enabling. The workshop helps them build a coaching mindset that develops capability across the organisation rather than keeping decisions at the top.
    How practical is the session?
Very. Participants practise using coaching questions, active listening and reflective techniques in real scenarios. The emphasis is on building confidence through experience, not theory.
    Will participants need to role-play?
They will be invited to, but it’s always optional. Any practice activities are supportive, light and grounded in familiar workplace situations so people feel comfortable.
